In fact Glomex Altair, is different to the other omni-directional antennas, in that it has a Radome with dimensions (diameter 250 mm/10”, height 300 mm/12”) allowing the installation of the vertical reception component inside.
Altair is equipped with the automatic gain control amplifier (50023/14) In order to keep a balanced look of your boat, Altair can be matched to the VHF RA124, as they are identical in shape and size.
